100 Hours – Creative Marathon A Film Making Competition

One platform, multiple subjects, and a plethora of magnificent artworks - this defines MAAC 100 Hours. MAAC's 100-hour Creative Marathon is a filmmaking competition in which students must produce one-minute mobile films and 20–25-second short 3D animated films in a total of 100 hours (4.2 days). Students form teams and compete against one another at both the zonal and inter-center levels in this tournament. Students from all Maac centers participate in this tournament.

The atmosphere of the actual industry is replicated in this instructional event. It assists students in comprehending how to manage a studio production pipeline within constrained timeframes.

The competition highlights a professional approach to filmmaking, From pre-production to post-production. Students will have practical experience using a variety of software programs and combining them to accomplish certain goals within the time period. They learn the film making process from Script to Screen.

The 2025 edition of MAAC 100 hours once again allowed our students to work in groups, showcase their skill sets, and create magic within 100 hours. This year also Maac student of all Delhi centers - Rajouri, Preet Vihar, Sout Ex And Pitmapura participate in this event.
